La qualité : pas qu’une option mais une obligation

As customer satisfaction is our primary concern, we make quality an essential requirement for shipping ordered apparels. That’s why, before each delivery, we subject the manufactured products to a series of tests to ensure that they conform to our standards.

Gram square meter (GSM)

We meticulously check the weight of the clothing, which is expressed as grams per square meter (gsm). The weight, or gsm, is at the heart of quality. Clothing with a higher gsm will have superior quality compared to clothing with a lower gsm. While it is a crucial element of quality, it is not the only one. The manufacturing process also plays a significant role. For example, a t-shirt with a gsm of 160 gsm from one manufacturer may have much higher quality than a t-shirt with a gsm of 250 gsm from another manufacturer.

Color

We ensure that the colors used are exactly those chosen by our customers. We offer our customers the opportunity to precisely select the color of their clothing and markings (prints, embroidery ...) using a color chart that provides a multitude of options. Here, it's no longer about roughly choosing a color but about selecting one with precision using very specific color codes, with each color having its own code. Approximation has no place with us.

Garment properties

The characteristics of a garment vary depending on its intended use and the environment in which it will be worn. For example, if it's meant to protect against rain, it will have waterproof properties. Similarly, a garment intended for sports will need properties that allow sweat to be wicked away while providing great freedom of movement through stretchable fabric. That's why we subject garments to a series of tests based on their specific properties to ensure they withstand the most extreme conditions (waterproof testing, distortion testing, resistance testing ...).

Washing

One of the greatest enemies of a garment's lifespan is machine washing. The more a garment is machine-washed, the more it will endure the effects of it. The higher the quality of a garment and its branding, the longer its lifespan will be. For example, custom-made garments from our production have a significantly longer lifespan than personalized blank garments. We test garments for washing durability before delivery. If they do not meet our washing resistance standards, we start the marking process again

Optimal traceability

It allows for accurately establishing the entire history of a garment, from the order to the delivery. Thus, we can precisely determine the production date of a garment and its entire manufacturing process, which includes, among other things, the machines used for its creation, the locations where it was stored, as well as the various participants in its production.
