1. Conception
Design : Our designers custom-draw your clothing according to your ideas. Our graphic artists strive to provide you with designs that align with your aesthetic preferences and current trends. If you don’t have a logo, we can create one for you.
Colors : We prepare our own colors to accurately provide our clients with the color they desire. You can ask us to prepare a color specifically for you or choose from a Pantone color chart (C or TPX).
Fit : Create your own cuts or use our cuts specially developed in line with current trends. You have the freedom to choose.
2. Production
Fabric : It is prepared with the finest threads in accordance with your requirements (material, colors, style, etc.) and is tailored to your specific needs (sports, fashion, work, etc.).
Fit : The fabric is cut precisely according to your desires. For those who do not wish to take advantage of custom cuts, we have our own cuts developed in line with current trends.
Branding : Apparel is personalized using techniques that allow for the addition of logos, patterns, and designs: embroidery, screen printing, digital printing, sublimation, transfer, patches, etc.
Stitching : Once the branding is done, the various fabric pieces are sewn together to form a single garment. It is at this moment that the garment takes its final shape.
3. Quality control, packaging, and shipping
Quality check : Control of garments to ensure quality. For Custom Textile Factory, quality is not an option but an obligation.
